Refund policy

If you change your mind

If you wish to return your item because you have simply changed your mind, you can do so by contacting us within 30 days of your purchase.

Once we receive your item(s) we will refund you the purchase price of the items returned.

 

You must contact us first at contact@sidequesttgc.com to to start the returns process. Failure to contact us before returning your item(s) will result in delays in refunding you.

You are responsible for paying the postage costs for any unwanted items returned.

Faulty on arrival

On receipt of your order, you have 30 days in which to check your item(s) and let us know if your item(s) that you received were faulty on arrival.

If your item(s) are faulty on arrival you are entitled to a replacement or full refund on return of your item(s) in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

We will cover the cost of the return for your faulty item(s) by supplying you with a Evri postage label for you to drop off at your local Evri dropoff point.

Once your faulty item(s) has been received, our technicians will inspect your item(s). This can take up to 14 working days. If your item(s) is confirmed to be faulty a refund/replacement will be processed. If your item(s) are found to be working and they will be returned to yourself.
